From Instinct to Practice
I’ve naturally stepped into guiding roles in group settings — challenging assumptions, encouraging reflection, and helping turn ideas into action. During my master’s studies, this instinct evolved into a focused practice through collaborative design and co-design workshop methods.
Working with municipalities, local stakeholders, and start-ups, I experienced how well-designed workshops and thoughtful facilitation enable diverse groups to create meaningful, transformative outcomes. I found the process — its structure, interactions, and shared momentum — both energizing and deeply rewarding.
These experiences shaped my belief that the right framework and guidance can unlock a team’s collective intelligence.
